I just received my box from Portugal (along with my free box from France) the other day. Everything looks wonderful!

Last night, I pan seared boneless pork chops seasoned with a little salt and pepper, in olive oil. I spooned the caramelized onions with balsamic and port reduction over them to glaze. . The glaze was a little thick, so I added a splash of port wine that I had on hand as well as a little extra splash of balsamic vinegar to brighten the flavor at the end. It was delicious!

I look forward to receiving a new box every two months.

Hi! I just opened up my Portugal box and it looks delicious, but unfortunately it doesn’t have a bunch of the ingredients: no honey, no lemon sea salt, no apple rings. I have to say that I’m really disappointed, because it now means that I can’t make some of the recipes listed on the ‘magazine’ as favorites. Why is my box missing so many things?
