Cava Spritzer with Stone Fruit

Sparkling wine gives every moment a reason to celebrate! This refreshing summer spritzer is made with fresh fruit and P. Listo’s floral jams, a product in our Spain Box. The drink is made with sparkling wine from Spain: Cava. If you don’t have any on hand, any type of bubbly works perfectly well!

  • 1 oz. Campari
  • 1 Tbsp. floral jam [shopify embed_type=”product” shop=”” product_handle=”jasmin-petals-jam” show=”button-only”]
  • Slices of stone fruit, such as peaches, nectarines, plums, or cherries
  • Cava, or sparkling wine, chilled


In a chilled champagne flute, combine the jam and Campari. Whisk together until the jam dissolves. Add the stone fruit. Fill the flute to the brim with Cava and serve.
